Terms of First year with Ambergates.com! Promotion 

§ 1 General Provisions
1. The organizer of the promotional campaign "First year!" (further referred as promotion) is Ambergates Wysocki Dariusz with registered office in Bielsko-Biała at Goździków 4 street, postcode 43-316, registered into Economic Activity Records under the number 64835, Tax Identification Number (NIP): PL 547-146-93-83 and Statistic number 070869692, further referred as Ambergates.com.
2. The Terms of „First year” promotional campaign, lay down rules for services provided by Ambergates.com at http://www.ambergates.com internet address.
3. Promotion conditions are described in these Terms, with the proviso that all matters not regulated by given Terms are subject to Terms of Use available at www.ambergates.com/pl/page/rules
4. Promotional offer Terms are available for inspection at the organizer's registered office and at www.ambergates.com website.
5. In case of any discrepancies with Ambergates.com Terms of Use, offer conditions apply.
6. Organizer is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third parties cooperating with him in the execution of the obligations arising from the promotional offer.
7. Interpretation of the Terms belongs solely to the organizer of promotional campaign.
8. Promotional Offer conditions can not be combined with other promotional offers, special offers, offers to key customers, unless the conditions of the different promotional offers allow this possibility.

§ 2 Promotional offer
1. Purchase of services under the promotional offer is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
2. Terms of promotional offer may change during its lifetime, with the proviso that it does not apply to contracts concluded before that change, and paid not later than 14 days from the offer conditions amendment.
3. Ambergates.com will inform about the changes on the website, where the information on the offer is put.
4. Promotional Offer is binding Participants who, during the offer period will purchase services subjected by the offer, and who will accept provisions herein.

§ 3 Duration of promotion
1. Offer runs from the 1st of January 2010 until further notice.
2. Ambergates.com may terminate the promotional campaign (withdraw the offer) before the date specified above for any reason, or stop concluding contracts under the conditions herein for a pre-determined time.
3. In the case of the introduction of a new promotional offer in the same or similar field, the previous promotional offer is not binding for Ambergates.com, unless decided otherwise.

§4 Participants
1. The offer is valid for entrepreneurs, legal persons, entities without legal personality recorded in the National Court Register, and individuals engaged in economic activities registered in the register of economic activities that are not a consumers in sense of the Civil Code and registered on Ambergates.com website, who:
a. order Business Prestige or Prestige account for the duration of promotion,
b. at the time of making an order they will tick the appropriate option considering account participation in the promotion,
c. at the start of a promotional offer did not have Ambergates.com accounts and free equivalents mentioned in this offer,
d. make timely payment of annual subscription for the requested account not later than on the seventh day after the expiry of promotional offer, for orders placed on the last day of its duration.
2. It is assumed that the person authorized to act on behalf of the participant is a person concluding a contract for the service, or a person who has entered into such an agreement.
3. Conditions of promotional offer is restricted to participants who did not make or delayed payments for services provided by Ambergates.com, or did not properly executed previously concluded agreements, unless Ambergates.com decides otherwise.

§ 5 Promotional Offer Description
1. For the duration of the promotional offer, registrants a new Business Prestige or Prestige account indicate the will of participating in the promotion, while placing an order.
2. The price for the services offered in offer and standard prices are stated in the following table:

3. The timely payment of an annual subscription fee for the requested account is a condition for the promotional subscription discount up to the amount specified herein.
4. Promotional offer is only valid for Business Prestige and Prestige accounts:
a. registered at the duration of the promotion in the first subscription period,
b. which do not participate in other promotions, promotional offers and special events,
c. paid once for the period of one year.
5. Validity extension of the accounts registered under the conditions of promotional offer after the expiry date of annual subscription, takes place under the conditions prevailing at the time of renewal, pursuant to current pricing at this time at Ambergates.com.
6. The Use of services registered in the duration of the promotion, is subject to general Service use provisions Service, mentioned in Ambergates.com Terms of Use, available at www.ambergates.com / en / page / rules .
7. Discount received under the conditions of the promotional offer can not be exchanged for cash equivalent, or any other services.
8. Participant of the promotion is obliged not to terminate the agreement for 12 months from the date of contract. In the event of contract termination by the participant before the expiry of above mentioned terms without stating reasons or for reasons beyond the control of Ambergates.com, the participant of the promotion will be required to pay the Organizer at his request, a contractual penalty in the amount of difference between the price for the actual service resulting from the pricing binding at the conclusion of the contract, and the promotional amount due, determined proportionally to the duration of the promotional contract.

§ 6 Liability
Ambergates.com is not liable for any acts or omissions of third parties which have or may have an impact on implementation of conditions of the offer, moreover, is not liable for any consequences resulting from force majeure, failure of telecommunications, power or other any other events beyond Ambergates.com control.
