2. Does Ambergates.com charge for redirection to a web page?

3. What to do in order to have more stars?

   The number of stars in the recommendations system is mainly affected by the number of opinions and their arrangement in time. Your role is to encourage your customers to issue ratings. The best way to publish the information about the possibility of making an opinion of you, is to place a direct link with the URL to your own showcase and form with opinions of Ambergates.com in a message indicating the sending of the ordered goods.
   In addition, in order to inform all your customers about participation in the recommendations system, appropriate graphic tags "Ambergates.com We're Listed " have been prepared, to be placed on the store's website by pasting the relevant code from the tab " Get The Logo" available HERE.

4. How can I change the information about my company?

   The company can edit freely their data at any time. Provided panel allows you to describe your company, including contact address information, web pages, and logos. Additionally it allows to assign the company to multiple categories in the selected languages depending on the package.

5. How can I publish my store's logo and gain access to the functions?

   Placing the logo and access to other functions is available in the administration panel Ambergates. Posting the logo should meet the following conditions:
   • graphic formats JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG (static only)
   • Image size 120x60 pixels

6. How do I change the print-screen of my website?

   In order to change print-screen of your website, please contact the Webmaster: admin@ambergates.com

7. How do I put the map to my office?

   In order to publish an interactive map, log on to Your Account at Ambergates.com with your username login and password. In the Company Data section on google map:

   First You find interesting you point (use the "move", "zoom", "decrease")
   Second You click twice on the designated space on the selected street.
   Third You hit the SAVE button

   This feature is only available in packets and Business Prestige Prestige.
