The name „Ambergates” means the gates of amber, and it refers to the historical amber trade route, the shortest path across Roman sphere of influence (100 B.C. – 300 A.D.), connecting the coasts of Baltic and Adriatic Sea. This route had numerous functions, but the most important role was to supply „the fashion industry” of those days with amber for the production of jewellery.

Our venture's goal is to resurrect the legendary trade route and bring it into a different dimension of communication.
